After registering, you will be able to upload your manuscript and start the process by paying for an RJR evaluation. RJR recommends that you prepare your manuscript for blind review by omitting all identifying information in it. Also, please note that RJR charges at the rate of 12 cents-per-word in your uploaded manuscript, with a minimum charge per manuscript of $250 (US)
